I looked to serve you better using my MBA in finance, understanding the financial management at a high level offering a lowering your bottom line for participants long term more than anyone else could through working in an integrated relationship. Assisting providers to lift effectiveness and families understand the risk of technology costs as part of good cash flow management.

Most people don't take action that someone tells them, but with the addition of using remote desktop support I'm able to show them how and how the dots connect and how they were moved to the next step are we leaving the family to better ways of doing things.

Is the participant understanding and using technology you way you need them to? 

Our findings we found the clients believed and suggested they knew how, for example, email worked. When we sat down for coaching, all the devices on the network were not connected in the best form for the user. The clients, screen “on time” was going off too soon, hence creating frustration. Their vision needed the font to the largest size to read without glasses. Coaching on voice commands gave the ability to create and write documents fast. Device weaknesses gave the user an inadequate response when other programs were left running.  PINs were too complicated for numb fingers. Passwords were too complex and hard to remember for the clients—important details to that client’s satisfaction.

We simplified all parts of the network and completed a few rounds of coaching the client user experience with technology changed and became more engaged.
