Reducing Risk and Support Care

I want to reduce risks and improve care for individuals with disabilities using smart technology.

Explore the Future of Care with Smart Technology Considerations!

In this exploratory case study, “Risk Reduction through Smart Technology,” we review how innovative technologies could play a vital role in safeguarding the well-being of individuals with limited mobility. Using the unfortunate case of Ann Marie Smith as a starting point, this study examines the possibilities of using smart home automation, health monitoring, and assistive devices to reduce risks and improve care continuity.

This analysis is a theoretical review of how technology might offer early detection of health risks, enable better communication between caregivers, and increase independence for those with disabilities. It’s a forward-thinking exploration for caregivers, support coordinators, and technology advocates who are interested in the potential future of smart technologies in disability care.

I wanted to investigate other methods of support in the Anne Smith situation. This is some personal concepts and ideas, which have not been tested and only theoretical.

Note: This case study is a review of considerations and possibilities, not a practical implementation.
