Audience is the discovery phase of the design sequence, we listen and understand the key areas of need and support the outcome and result optimisation for the participant.

We find families may not be ofay with all the technical changes that happen across applications. We elicitation build a relationship between all the stakeholders of the participant to onboard everyone to the process.

Innovative solutions need the engagement of all community for success. Building dependable and sustainable relationship with the technology is the highest importance for collaboration and audience.

Meetings are gathering information from all parties before any implementation. No implementation will take place until providers, therapists and families are all in agreeance.
