We also have notifications, and it shows they how many came in throughout the day and which apps seem to be pestering clients the most. This is a good place to start in identifying apps that bug participants too frequently where they can either deliver their notifications quietly or just shut them off completely. Screen Time can send they weekly reports about iPad usage, but they can also see it right within the widget inside of the Today View on the Screen Time widget would give they that day breakdown about how much phone time and how much is used towards progress in different areas. Giving they a good idea there and can help wean off of using the phone quite so much. To see how many times the device has been picked up, head to the Screen Time menu in the Settings app. Tap on ‘See All Activity’ under the Daily Average chart. Scroll down past the ‘Most Used’ section and they’ll get to the Pickups section.
