Screen Time also syncs with Bedtime, which can be set in the native Clock app. During Bedtime, all of the apps (except for the Always Allowed) will be muted while the notifications go straight to the notifications center. That means they won’t see anything on the lock screen until they wake up—even if they pick up the phone to check the time in the middle of the night. Fantastic.
